Worst experience I’ve EVER had as a renter. Terrible. Willow Creek Villas are 10/10 do not recommend. Cute apartments but everything is broken and no one cares.

How can I get to talk directly with the owner about a property we just rented , very unacceptable how the place was given to us and for the amount of money we paid just ridiculous.

It depends if the owner wants to stay anonymous and only wants to go through the rental business. I hope you took pictures because with issues like that they always want proof. The property should be clean and carpets replaced before a new tenant moves in.
