As a Board Member advising other Boards about services, I’d say run and don’t even consider using Associa is badly disorganized and will cause more drama for your association than you want to deal with!

I have noticed a couple of window air conditioner units visible from the street in Meadow Bend Subdivision. Are they allowed by the H O A rules and regulations? One is on the first street coming in from Meadow Parkway and the other on Sugarwood.
