I do not recommend this place AT ALL. They are dismissive of their mistakes and Alison, one of their stylist, completely trashed my hair and refused to fix it. Never going back.

The Stylist are experienced and do nice work , the Downfall is they’re terrible at calling back . The phone rings and rings if they answer they say they’ll have someone call back and 2 days go by and sometimes you still have to call back. If you have a complaint about the service, you have to deal with the same person . the manager of the store does not get involved you are left to have the person who worked on you fix the problem. Not professional with handling customer appointments
