I had a wonderful experience with the staff at Ivorywood for the entire duration of my time here but upon moving out they billed us $74 and told me to my face that I had 60 days to pay the balance. On day 48 they reported it to collections and now it’s somehow my problem. I asked them why they didn’t call us to attempt to collect a payment and they said that because they mailed us a bill 6 weeks ago that this was all they’re obligated to do. Seems like they’re less interested in giving accurate information and doing the right thing and more interested in going out of their way to burn former tenants on their way out.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the whole grounds and how beautiful and peaceful it was. The landscape of this community gives it a different kind of vibe; in my opinion, it was captivating with all the trees surrounding it. All this place needs is the sound of running water to feel as though you're in the wilderness.10/10 Johnathan was very kind and asked all the right questions. He was very accommodating to my needs. It was a pleasant and helpful interaction.

We moved here from out of state, only reading Google reviews and never having seen the grounds, and I'm so glad we did! The apartment complex is beautiful, well-maintained, safe and each apartment is very spacious! We currently live in a 1st floor apartment, and I never hear neighbors talking or their TVs. The most I've heard is occasional light footsteps, (and this was our same experience with our other first-floor apartment here). The management is super friendly, helpful, and very accessible if issues arise with appliances and such, and we’ve loved living here. The grounds are extremely child and dog friendly with lots of fun amenities, but even with all the dogs around, the grounds are immaculately maintained: I never found a poop on the ground, and we walked our dog around the grounds 3-5 times a day. It had immediate access to Bothell Way/522, with incredibly close freeway entrances North and South, making commuting easy. Overall, I would highly recommend for everyone, especially young families!
