I hate to post a negative review but gave this store multiple weeks, emails and calls to make things right regarding my flower order that they messed up-I ordered baptism flowers ($100 worth-2 arrangements) back in August for my son and spoke to the owner. She was very pleasant and I paid over the phone ahead of time-she asked that I send images of what I was envisioning and quickly responded that they could do something similar. The day of pickup, I send my brother to collect them on his way to Dayton from Chicago, since I had numerous things to do and I was also feeling quite sick. He brings flowers back that are NOTHING like the photos-wrong colors, wrong size, wrong everything. I call the store and the owner isn’t there but the employee apologizes profusely stating that none of these instructions for what the flowers were supposed to look like had been written in the actual order. She says she will try to come up with something closer to the google images, but they don’t have very many white roses currently so she will have to substitute. She tells me the owner plans on calling first thing Monday to discuss cost reduction, and make things right. I am extremely understanding the entire time as I understand mistakes happen. I give them back the wrong order (someone picks it up) and they drop off arrangements later in the day that are definitely not $100 worth, but at least closer to what I was thinking. Never get a call on the Monday from owner. Wait patiently, then send an email and I receive no reply despite her being so prompt initially. Call again 2 weeks later and speak with owner who says she has been sick and will look through things and call me back later in the day to discuss-I never hear back and that was 2 weeks ago. Send one more email with no response. The aggravating part of the entire thing is not the money I spent nor the flower arrangements themselves, but the poor professionalism in not getting back to me when I was told that someone would. I could have paid $100 and bought 100 roses from a grocery store without the stress and they would have looked nicer.

I purchased flowers for shower decorations here. I think the price was very high for what I got. Even worse, the manager had a very negative attitude and kept emphasizing that my decorations would not look right. She never offered any constructive advice. Disappointing service. I will not use this florist again.
