Sears Technician came via my home warranty. They sent another one before and the guy replaced a huge base component with no solution. But Sears technician was on time, very courteous, professional and highly knowledgeable. He did some deep dive into the dishwasher and knew it is a sensor which needs to be replaced.

This company is using a play on words to charge you more money!! They are misleading!! I was told in writing the diagnostic fee ($129) would be applied to the total cost of the repair. I specifically asked if the total was $200 would the diagnostic fee be applied to the total meaning the remaining balance would be $71. I was told yes three times. Then the very nice service gentleman who called on the way to my house wanted to review the diagnostic fee prior to coming as this has been a common problem within the company that makes customers upset. This is very misleading. The fee is added to the final cost. You are responsible for the diagnostic fee, parts, and labor. The customer service was not willing to work with me or anything. They were happy to lose a customer. The service gentleman was very nice and ethical but unfortunately I cannot trust this company any more! Consumer beware!!
