My Mom gave me her Canon AE-1 from college - went to the shop knowing almost absolutely nothing except very little (like how to check the battery, take the battery out, change the lens, wind the film, and open the back). The man didn't tell me his name but knew a whole lot about the camera. He didn't just ask if I needed the necessities like a battery and film, but how to actually use the camera and the basics like setting the speed. He gave me an amazing first-timer walkthrough of how to use the camera. First time ever going to a photo shop, but 100% recommend.

Parker, Thanks for your interest in our business. Yes we do still sell a variety of film cameras, film and we also offer on site processing in our lab too. Thanks again for your questions. Let us know how we can help. Sincerely, Fine Art Photo
Margaret, Please stop by with camera so we can take a look and help you. We are open 9-6 Weekdays and be sure to note we are in our new location by the Hardware store. Thanks, Fine Art Photo
Thanks for your email. We do allow walk in customers and require that you wear a mask. If your two week waiting period has passed since you've been fully vaccinated against Covid as per the CDC recommendations we will allow you in without a mask and proof of vaccination. Our staff wear masks and we clean and sanitize multiple times a day. Staff is checked daily for any symptoms of Covid and any warning signs sends them home for quarantine until negative test results are provided. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us directly at 717-761-8543.
Mr. Bradshaw, Thanks for your question. We will do our best to help you determine the status of your film and camera. Best to not touch anything (like open the camera back) until we get a look at it. While film has no visible difference to the naked eye if it has been exposed or not until it’s been processed, there are some clues we’ve picked up over the past 70 years of doing this so we can make a more informed decision. As well we still offer film processing too. Be sure to stop by and show us what you have and we’ll be glad to help.
James, Thanks so much for your inquiry into our business. Yes, we do offer development of the Fuji and Kodak Single use cameras that have 35mm film inside. We do the processing right in house in our lab in Lemoyne. Thanks again for your question.
