I was here to return a modem and have bunch questions about my billing regarding my business account. All I did was just asking a few questions. I can tell the lady is out of her patience. As soon as I turn around, I heard her say Jesus Christ. I didn’t turn around and start a scene by asking her what she said. I just sat down and start leaving this review. They took my modem and give me a ticket and now I still have to sit and wait for someone else to take a look at the ticket to return the modem. I don’t know how something so simple need multiple steps to complete. It’s such a waste of time.

There were 4 employees plus a manager and several clients. I walked in for equipment up (internet). I was there for 25 minutes and only two people had been called. The manager was just checking people in. I worked think because there were 7 people waiting he’d jumó in to help his crew. I had a meeting to attend so I told manager he could take me off the waiting list. Didn’t offer to ask how much time I had to spare it if I could wait a bit longer.

Horrible place and horrible company to deal with. I regret signing up with this place. Nothing and I mean nothing is good about it. Not the product and not the people. They sent me in a tail spin for a solid month. And I'm still having problems. Not one person apologized for anything. Just a lot of empty promises.

Yes I always go there and return stuff
We had no problem dropping our boxes off there. No wait time go in and got out
Yes was there this past week
I would call it in. The wait time is not worth paying it there.
Yes. Advise you to bring the old one to save a trip.
I had yes.
Yes
you can walk right in
No just the box
Yes, I just returned a cable box there. Just go up to the desk and they will scan thr bar code on the modem and give you a receipt.
Check in and wait for them to call you and get receipt
Tim, they cannot answer if I left my hat there. That is why I need the local store number.
Yes they handle Xfinity business. I've been recently and there wasn't a long wait.
In my experience, I've never been able to contact a store personally. When you call the 1-800-Comcast phone number, the agent should be able to tell you. Hope this helps, good luck.
Of course you can....I'll be more than happy to assist if you like
No account number needed they will send them back for you.
I agree with everyone else, call first, they should be able to do it from the phone, or even your remote, but if you need hardware, such as the box, or remote etc, you'll need to go there...
They probably will give you a new box and cord anyway but bring in the Cable box.
Hello, yes you would need to bring in your old equipment. You can keep the remotes if you would like. We are right off of LaGrange by Mariano's.
There is no direct phone numbers to the store, all numbers lead to the call center. However you can make an appointment at the link below. https://www02a.timetrade.com/app/comcast/workflows/comcast001/schedule/appointment-type?wfsid=16a5bc0d-baba97f6-16a5bc95-baba97f6-00000002-uaagpo3f8qon7nnt3mf94f5ovk75bthr&locationId=xfinity1311&appointmentTypeGroupId=Appointments&fs=1
Yes you can
You need to contact an xfinity sales person
Any xfinity store or Comcast service center.
There's a kiosk inside that allows cash, credit, debit, and checks. It does not accept coins and does not give change. You can also use an agent.
They will port over your existing number to the new phone.
Yes you do.
You can. There my by an extra charge if you are upgrading the box.
