Office staff are nice. Neighbors are friendly and community is quiet. Lots of space and good fireplace in 1 bed. Hardly use Trash valet sometimes they don’t pick up trash. Heating is not too good. Some days it’s warm and other days it doesn’t heat up just blows out cold air. Had problems with hot water 3 or so times but it’s been working great. Emergency maintenance is good called a few times to fix water drip and was looked at the same day. Love having the Package room. Laundry room not too clean and some machines don’t work.

Been living here for 5 years, new management is awesome. No hot water issue in my apartment, good apartment. The only reason we are moving is we need a 2 bedroom, more space will recommend.

The apartment is nice and so is the staff. That being said the water here is an constant inconvenience. At least half of the times I go to take a shower the water will not get hot, or at best sporadic warm water and then ice cold. Most days (the last few weeks) the water has been freezing and I’ll have to wait sometimes hours to get hot water. The days it does work it can go from hot to literally burning you…before getting ice cold a few minutes later. It seems to be more the case that I have cold water from the shower to the sinks and at this point I’m looking at other apartments. When I moved in they were working to renovate apartment buildings and I had hoped this would alleviate this issue…unfortunately doesn’t seem it will ever be fixed.

The community is great. The maintenance people are super friendly. I personally don't use the laundry room here because my loads are fairly large but conveniently there is a laundromat nearby. I would give them 5 stars. My only problem. I have reached out to the office many times about our alarm system and nothing has been done.
