Charlestown Rd Kroger will not answer the phone, pharmacy is not open, and pharmacy closes early all the time. Other pharmacies cannot call them to transfer prescriptions from them - what are we to do? What a terrible way to do business!!! Cannot get refills on necessary prescriptions.

Midletown Pharmacy needs help now! Line of 25 people waiting over 1 hour to pick up prescriptions is totally unacceptable. Store employees tell me to not complain to the store Manager because he can't do anything. This is the worst customer service store in the Louisville market.

Call the Kroger Customer Service number and report it.

I was shopping in the Kroger in Clarksville on Sat Jan 5th. Why do you allow people to bring fake service dogs into the store. This needs to be stopped. I do not want a dog barking at me nor do I want to use a cart for my food where a dog peed.

Unfortunately it is illegal to ask for proof that it is in fact a service dog, so there's not much that companies can do about people taking advantage.

Thinking of the poor people in West Louisville. Why doesn't Kroger open a supermarket there. You can afford to lose a few dollars if that would happen. It would go a long way to help that area of people and good PR for Krogers,

Why did you stop selling 12pks of Sunkist? That was a stupid thing to do. I shop at Kroger and even use the pharmacy. That was the most stupid thing to do. Now I will have to stop somewhere else
