BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!! They commit fraud and do not tell you. I give this company a zero star review. They sold me a car a few months ago and had me driving around for MONTHS with a car that was registered under someone else, had a lien on it & they did NOT HAVE A LIEN RELEASE FOR. Matt, GM at Oxmoor Mazda along with Chad a finance manager at Oxmoor Mazda were so condescending and rude when it came to dealing with the situation. They insisted I drive my car/ wait until they could gather paperwork. Chad doctored up another temp tag after the KY motor vehicle commission office informed them it was illegal to provide more than one tag and that the first should have only been given for 30 days where as my original temp tag was given for 60 day. I would not suggest anyone buy a car from them. Chad informed me 80% of their cars on the lot has liens on them so this happens everyday.

The Service Department never calls and updates the Customer. We have to call them. We had an Appoint. On a few different occasions and are never called. This time we had an appointment for 6 weeks. Arrived and was told on Friday of the appointment that they probably wouldn't get to the car that day which left my wife with no ride. They told her a Mechanic did not come in. Since when does this put the burden back on the customer. She left the vehicle and never heard anything the rest of the day. At the least they could have called and said it will be Monday. Very unprofessional Service Department. I will update this Monday although I do not expect exceptional Service or Customer Service. AS EXPECTED. I NEVER RECEIVED A PHONE CALL MONDAY UPDATING US ON IF, WHEN THEY WERE GOING TO GET THE CAR IN OR A DIAGNOSIS. KEEP IN MIND THAT ALL THIS AFTER A SIX WEEK SCHEDULING DATE TO GET THE VEHICLE IN. NOT EVEN A BOO! WE WILL SEE HOW LONG THIS GOES ON. IN THE MEANTIME WE ARE WITHOUT OUR VEHICLE.
