Every time I ask for a flavored drink in the drive thru they always say they don’t have 100 flavors even though it says on the menu there is, you go in the building and you see a 100 flavor machine and it works fine.

Dry and stale bun. Dry snd tasteless burger. Oily after-taste on fries. "Overpriced", even if the quality would have been excellent. The Coke was right, but Jack in the Box had nothing to do with that result. After waiting, the window service person asked me to park in front and wait for my order, but no one was behind me in the drive-thru. Before I moved on, the dis-appointing order suddenly appeared.

We were going to this restaurant, & when we went in, were told the lobby was closed. There was no indication that the lobby was closed & the employee that told us that was very rude. Then we ordered a delivery through Doordash from this location & we were missing 3 burgers. It was a rather large order, they got the fries & drinks right, but were missing 3 burgers from our order. Considering how much money we spent for delivery, they didn't get it right. We are from out of town & will not be doing any business with this location. The parking lot was of concern as there were homeless & pan handlers hanging around.

I was just there and ordered loaded tiny tacos and they were such a mess all schrunched in the small box on top of one another and melted together! They need to put them in a box where they are spread out in one layer . Obviously they were under warming lights for who knows how long it was aweful!!
