I purchased my greenhouse almost 17 years ago from Charley’s and I absolutely love it still! It looks the same as it did when I first bought it. Very best quality and I would definitely recommend Charley’s if you’re wanting to purchase a greenhouse.

We were really excited about driving up from Seattle to Charley's, being that we are building a greenhouse and they seem to be the experts. There was a ton of information on their website, and when we called about products or information they were super helpful. But, our actual visit wasn't as great. The whole time were were there the ladies at the public desks were gossipy to each other, and short with customers. One was also only wearing a face shield, and not a mask....which does nothing for preventing covid. They spent several minutes after a call came in, debating which coworker they could ask for help answering it. Basically going through 4 or 5 coworkers and talking about how annoying they were to ask questions off, and why they didn't want to talk to those people. It was really off putting. I was also disappointed with the offerings in the public store. This is clearly a place to order a green house, and not really up on accessories to go in it.
