Beware this place is great if you don't work here, if you are bilingual and you work here you're in a for a rude awakening. The people who have worked here for 19 years plus and have never bothered to learn English will make your life a living hell. They have a chip on their shoulder because they get passed up for promotions due to the language barrier. I was treated badly and had my work sabatoged as well as had numerous threats. All I wanted was my job and not the bulling that took place. Management can make a difference but they choose to turn a blind eye and then they wonder why their turnover rate is so high. If something isn't done then the good old boy mentality shared by the group of people who work there will end up costing the owners of this business a lot of money because someone is going to get seriously injured by these workers who feel threatened due to their lack of maturity and work ethic. Also, some of the women who work here would slap your hands if you messed up, we are all grown adults! Since when did slapping someone's hands like a child become acceptable behavior in the work placed or for that matter any where? By the way the ones who say that the Hispanics are taken advantage of ... Well that is not true, I am Hispanic and my very own ethnic group turned against me in this work place because I do know English and Spanish. I'm not saying all the employees and mangers are like this but a lot of them are and it's not acceptable because the result is good employees end up being run off and the cycle keeps repeating.
