Ordered product online. Website said 15 in stock, the rest can be ordered to the store. Went with the 15 in stock and waited for the pickup email. Never got it. I did get an order cancelled email though. The email doesn't tell you why it was cancelled, if you want to know why you have to call customer service to find out. Checked the website again before calling customer service and sure enough, it shows 15 available. On hold for four minutes to find out they're out of stock. Update your inventory to show unavailable, or indicate in the order cancelled email why it was cancelled.

Changed my rating of this store. Sorry. Doors were closed on me as I got there and was told the registers were already pulled. I made the mistake of buying the wrong dog food for my dog (my bad) and my dog vomited after eating a bowl and now won't eat that food. I just needed to do a quick exchange but the manager told me no. I ended up going to Mudbay in burlington, and was given the literal best customer service I could of asked for. They too, closed their doors to leave early, but helped me anyway.
