they always change the dates on the high ticket items, so you can never get any discounts, not good for buisness

They took a truckload of furniture which needed a new home. The workers were polite and industrious. I was happy to work with Skagit Habitat for Humanity.

I love this store, all of the Habitats. This particular Habitat in my local area is such a breath of fresh air. Fantastic prices, clean, well organized, polite, community involved, customers and donators a plenty, price on items easily found, helpful staff and management, non intrusive. A refuge of reuse, recycled and Re-use for our planet, our children, our lives, our finances, a true community gem. Thank you community of mine. Thank you Habitat for Humanity and all the coordination that goes on to symphonically provide a fantastic service. This service makes our lives, our world better.

This place is amazing! They have a great selection of things, although it's random stuff. You never know what you will get. The staff is friendly and helpful without being over bearing. You can often find good deals, so remember to read those price tag dates to get the most bang for your buck!

Our general guideline on toilets is that we take them as long as they are white toilets with all components and are clean, assembled, working, low-flush, ADA compliant, have an elongated bowl, and are free of any chips. Thank you for thinking of us.
They do pick up. Just call to make an appointment. They are closed until Wednesday this coming week.
Great question! Homebuyers must be residents of Skagit County, earn between 30% - 60% of the area median income, housing cost burdened (pay 30% - 50+% of their monthly income on rent), currently reside in substandard housing, and be able to qualify for a home loan (stable work, rental & credit history).
Yes, you can give them a call to schedule pick up depending on your area.
Hi Toni! Great question. Really it comes down to asking if it is omething that is sellable in the store? We tend more toward furniture, pictures/paintings, lighting, some electronics like TV's, and items that could be reused in a remodel: flooring, plumbing parts, and the like. Our donation attendants can take a look your items and let you know. We are here Tue - Sat 10am - 6pm.
None at this time, Michael.
Yes. The store has re-opened. We are back to normal business hours. Tuesday-Saturday, 10-6.
No.
Give em a call in Mt Vernon to setup a pickup of your donations. They'd be happy to I'd think.
Yes I've bought one for $10 last time I was there they had 3 of them
Maybe, depends on if they get donations, and price is based on the quality of the product and how long it's been out Best thing to do is visit a few times to find the best deal
You give a call to the MT Vernon store and they will be happy to assist you with scheduling a pick up.
If you would provide a photo of the couch with the hole, that would be helpful. Our guideline for upholstered furniture is that the pieces be free of rips, tears, holes, stains, odors, excessive pet hair, excessively saggy cushions, and no floral upholstery. However, we would definitely appreciate a photo before making a final decision. Thank you!
Yes, we do take washers and dryers that are no more than 15 years old and free of dents and rust. We'll take them working or not working if you drop them off at the Store (Tuesday-Saturday, 10-5:30). If you'd like us to pick them up, they must be working. Thank you for your question!
Yes, we pick up large items in Stanwood. We accept entertainment centers that will accommodate at least a 42" flat screen TV. We accept hide-a-beds that do not have floral upholstery and are also free of rips, tears, stains, odors, pet hair, or excessively sagging cushions. Thank you!
Yes - we are happy to provide a receipt with our tax i.d. number on it for all donations!
Yes, we schedule Camano Island pick-ups for Saturdays.
Not sure, I believe they pick up for many places in central sections of the county, La Conner is not that far from them... suggest you call them Tuesday- Friday.
Google works great! And call
They don't carry matresses. They do carry bed frames whenever someone donates one.
High turnover in the store of items, best to call.
It's quite possible. The inventory rotates based on donations.
We accept non-working and/or unsellable stoves that are brought to the Store for donation. We do not have the resources to repair stoves, so unsellable ones will be recycled. If you'd like us to pick up a stove for donation, it must be in 100% working order with no missing pieces, no more than 15 years old, clean and in sellable condition.
