I made an appointment for after work. When I got there I didn’t have an appointment. The women came out and said I’m sorry we don’t have anymore appointments here for today. She handed me a paper with a 1-800 number and told me to call and make an appointment. There was an appointment behind me, who didn’t show up and she still wouldn’t take me. No one else was waiting. She said maybe you came to the wrong place. I said I know where I made my appointment. I told her my Dr. Really needs my blood work done asap. She said I’m sorry but Drs. Can’t make appointments for you. I said that’s not what I said, I said I need my blood work done asap I already made the appointment not sure what happened to it. She walked away and started doing something else, so I walked out. She was so unprofessional. I’m not sure why appointments are all of a sudden necessary after all these years.

I was just there with my 92 year old Dad. Mike, who drew my Dad's blood, was fantastic. Very nice and very funny! He made my Dad's day. He did a great job!

Extremely RUDE to my elderly mother because she didn’t have an appointment. Deliberately made her wait when she could have been drawn on several occasions (no patients present). My mother left without her lab work performed which she needed for surgery. Do yourselves a favor and find another lab. Quest Diagnostics is a joke.
