This is my second round of long term storage at this facility. I initiated an account again and waited to do my review to see what kind of experience I would have. Honestly I'm kind of upset that I didn't start with them in February. Rachel is extremely professional, straight to the point and overall friendly w great conversation. The price was decent and I love the 24 hour access just in case. It didn't even take her ten mins to give me the info and set me up. Location seems out of the way but there are many roads to take! Even when I move into my house I will keep a unit handy.

Happy to have found this facility, it has met my needs and the location couldn’t be any more convenient for me. I am happy there is an affordable storage facility for me, as a young person it can be challenging juggling all my bills! Thank you for the excellent customer service , Ken. Big plus — I am not boggled down by open and close times, as long as I respect the neighborhood I can access my unit at anytime !
