We had ants in our room, and I mean HUNDREDS of ants that ended up in our bag. We had to dump everything out, wash our bag out in the bathtub, make sure all of our items were ant free, then pack our stuff again. I took a video of the ants and showed the front desk employee. He took down a note for his manager to call me. The manager never did call me, instead he had the front desk worker try to offer us a $15 refund. I said no, and I requested to speak directly with the manager. It has been three days now, and the manager is refusing to call us back or answer our calls. He is always not there yet or cleaning rooms, according to the front desk employee. I would recommend you take your business elsewhere, because any issues will go unresolved with no way to get ahold of the manager.

Positive: Room was clean. Negative: Kids ran up and down the hall banging on doors for over 3 hours; called the main desk several times before anyone answered; Juice machine spraying out all over the counter; no one at the front desk to checkout.

Positive: Nothing. Negative: Even the bar soap provided stunk. I wouldn¿t recommend staying here. Bed was uncomfortable, pillows were bad, room was clean.

After my boyfriend found what looked like a camera, we called the cops turns out it was a remote receiver duck taped to the tv, giving us bad vibes. We spoke to a manager and he said there’s nothing they could do, I asked for a refund on the night we were supposed to stay as I also got bugs on me and didn’t want to stay any longer. They gave me my refund and called me back 20 minutes later as we were packing and said they couldn’t give us the refund anymore. Completely ridiculous, I filed a report. Worst stay of my life!!!
