We stayed at this hotel 7/16/22-7/20/22. Staff was friendly for the most part. The room had a few small issues. Their rooms are setup where the TV is not configured directly in front of you while sitting in the bed- you have to watch over your shoulder. Very uncomfortable to watch TV from bed (and there's only one chair in the room). The hotel overall was not kept up. Floors were in need of vacuuming/mopping and the breakfast area floor had food on it from the day before (I know this as I was the first in when they opened). The breakfast area had issues mainly due to the guy overseeing it. First day he ran out of food and had a long line waiting for more food to be brought out (20 min later). Second day there were no coffee cups or lids when they first opened- I had to interrupt the guy from his solitaire game in the back room to refill these items. Good coffee though. There just seemed to be a general lazy attitude of the staff. Probably would find a different hotel next time.

Signs said hot tub and pool on doors as well as webb site etc no big deal though desk attendant said there wasn't any and there wasn't we asked for military discount he said yes we can do that I was shocked a big whopping 2 dollars we checked into our room empty case of coca cola shoved in cabinet candy wrappers skittles under edge of couch m@m candy laying by entrance door hot tamales candy under foot rest dirt behind bathroom door my wife picked up most of stuff we decided to eat breakfast which actually would have been good except every table but one was dirty while the attendee was busy with her cell phone texting and very slowly putting food out as a result some people cleaned their tables before and after using I suppose they thought was self cleaning tables.the room cleaner maid needed fired and the cafeteria person reprimanded.I would not recommend using motel is new and has great potential but needs better staff period

We had a great stay at this hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and the continental breakfast was fantastic.

It was worth every penny to stay here. I would say it was the best stay of our 4 day trip across the country. I will definitely seek out Hampton Inns for future travel. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower was the best I ever had in a hotel!
