It was Ok. Parts of the building seemed a bit dated or had a lot of wear. The carpet in front of our bed was coming up and strands everywhere. Bed was squeaky. Black hair on the sheets. Shower door handles about to fall off and other little things. Wi-Fi was weak and sometimes didn't work. Kept getting locked out of room because of device/card malfunctions. Most importantly, the staff was fabulous and very helpful and friendly. Room was clean (except for hair on sheets) The breakfast was good. Perfect location to shopping, restaurants and attractions. I would stay again. The location is perfect, and the price was right.

Extremely welcoming front desk staff, easy check in, rooms nicely decorated with modern decor and blackout shades which I prefer.

Our organization chose to have a national meeting here. This hotel and accompanying convention center are a great venue for large scale events. The General Manager has worked 24/7 and the staff 's professionalism is that of any 5 star hotel . Exceptionally clean rooms.

Nice hotel too bad about their bed bug issue. Stayed in room 214 .The bed was loaded with them. Conservatively 60 bites. First and last time . It seems reading other reviews I am not alone on this subject.
