Public showers and laundry decently kept, however some tenants destroyed case to thermostat. Owner is suspicious of all tenants who even look at it to read the note left by management saying not to mess with the settings. Overall a decent place but very accusatory management makes people a bit on edge.

So ive been here a little over six months now and I have to say my opinion has definatly changed from when I first got here. I'm a little frustrated now because I'm being told by the manager I have to leave because I got a kid, even though the people directly across from him have 3 kids and they aren't being asked to leave and the people next to me have a baby and another toddler i suspect maybe it's because my son is black but I can't say for sure. The manager Larry isn't much of a manager at all the bathrooms and shower area stay filthy he might clean them once a month if your lucky there is currently feces on the wall of the bathroom and it smells absolutely horrible the manager has no social skills whatsoever and if you need anything he makes it seem like you are really bothering him just to ask him a question. All that being said the concrete slabs are nice but there isn't a bit of shade anywhere so the sun blazes on you all day long so I hope your a/c is in good working order. The only thing this place really has goin for it is its the cheapest around I honestly wouldn't recommend it to anybody this place left a bad taste in my mouth

Overall, a quality place to stay for the night, maybe even a decent place for an extended stay. The location is okay. As we were looking for a place to stop for the night along our route, something closer to the freeway would have been nice, but it wasn't too far out of the way either. I never saw any of the staff. Talked to someone on the phone who was nice enough, but found it strange that there is no office of any sort, as far as I could tell. Nor is there any instructions on paying. I put a check in their mailbox marked "drop box", hopefully that works. The spots are concrete pads, which is nice. Spots are nice and long, however pretty narrow. And I thought it was interesting that they're pretty unlevel. Also, the city water is in a spider web filled hole you have to reach down into, which isn't awesome. Again, not bad though for the price.

This park is still under construction. It will be very nice when finished. It will have storm shelter, showers, laundromat and more. Propane vendor is available to rent, hook up and refill large propane tanks for winter living. Long term rates available. Friendly and helpful owner/attendant.
