Why do you have to wait over 60 minutes/one solid hour in the drive thru? Not even joking. The food was decent. But come on, 60 minutes..and it was early in the morning like 5am. Do better guys. I won't be eating there again

It doesn't taste like Fast food we love eating at whataburger we have eaten at every one in north east Oklahoma. The food is hot and fast and we never leave hungry. They need one in Muskogee, Wagner, Pryor Vinita and Grove! Love Whataburger

I’m not a complainer AT ALL usually. We’ve loved this place since we moved here, but the last two times I’ve gotten food it’s been AWFUL! Today my onion rings were great but that was the only thing. The fries were cold and hard (10:30am) and I bite into my burger and the bread is also harder and stale tasting, I can’t taste anything else other than stale bread in the burger with the meat being pink/red as I take a bite. I hope this place gets better soon. They’ve unfortunately lost my families business for awhile.

On this visit, it was full on mayhem and chaos. They were having some type of computer program issue and the drive through tickets seemed to be being printed at front counter and vice versa. People were standing waiting for food and most of the orders being delivered to the front counter weren't what people had ordered. The cashier at the register was working very hard---and even in the stress was pleasant. Then at one point someone from the back came and reprimanded that nice cashier (( in front of many customers )) that SHE was gonna make somebody in the back QUIT if she wasn't nicer?!! Through all this mess i didnt hear mgmt offer to give extra fries or size upgrades or anything like that to all the waiting customers. When we did get our food we didnt have napkins and there were none at the counter. The food was good but sadly the fries were cold. The new mint chocolate malt was perfecto!!! I give 5 stars to the front cashier and i guess it was a 3 star visit. Def a crazy memory!!
