I wouldn't rent a room from there ever again the heater didn't work it made load notices the tv remote didn't work and it only had one bar a soap in it when it was a double bed room. I tried to get more soap they never brought it to me like they said they would it was also post to be a room down stairs due to handicap so I had to walk up the stairs and back down them Would never recommend this place I had several derby friends stay there that night too and said they wouldn't stay there again either

The room was inexpensive and the staff was younger but very friendly. Problem must be not enough patronage. I had to call the front desk as soon as we walked in. Toilet looked as if it hadn't been used in months, sediment and grime. TV wasn't tuned in but fixable, by staff who knew what to do. Carpet wasn't vacuumed, paper and chips under bed frame. Bedding was comfortable, but did pull back the sheets, thank god nothing there.

had a great stay! the new GM Shawn has really cleaned up the place. Staff are polite. Rooms are clean. Even the grounds are kept up nice. I really enjoyed my 2 week stay here! Will definitely recommend this place to anyone!

This was an awful experience. We stayed 2 nights for an event that this was the host hotel. The room was booked under that name and finally after the third attempt running my credit card it was done correctly. We had no hot water all weekend. There were nasty pubic hairs on the bathroom floor when we arrived and coffee left in the pot in our room. Our door keys didn’t work and we had to go to the front desk and wait for assistance! The public restroom in the facility had feces all over the room and couldn’t be used. The pictures looked pretty online but the carpet was torn up and the heater didn’t work in our room. Do not stay here it’s a joke and not worth what we paid!!!
