Was told by office staff to give 20 days notice to move out two months ago. Went in yesterday to give 20 days notice and a manager told my friend that it needed to be 20 days from the end of the month before the month you move out. Will not stand behind the word of fellow employees. My friend is from El Salvador and has limited income and English. Was completely taken advantage of due to this.

I had good experience with Pembroke. It's nice, and quiet place. They had good maintenance, and good staff. For the parking it's not too bad. 24h for visitor parking after you just need to move your car for another visitor. Only one or two thing maybe you make uncomfortable. The freeway is too cross. it's sometime noisy specialy the night. Some day they use some machines for cleaning it's really noisy if you work to night and want to sleep the day

These are the best apartments my husband and I have lived in. The office staff and maintenance guys are always there when we have needed something, very kind and knowledgeable, and I have honestly never had an issue with them. Sure, parking sucks but we have our spots and we have no issue parking. Gabby, the apartment manager, is the sweetest and I always laugh when I have to call to ask about something, very easy to talk to and not at all slumlord like. Very happy to call this place home for the foreseeable future.

The apartments are very clean and quiet, office people are always personable and helpful. Appliaces are new with a vintage look. Great apartments overall.
