Was really excited but when speaking to office about the newly available unit, they did nothing to help me climb on board and no real advice on what next step would be for me.

Office staff is not responsive to residents' needs and concerns. The manager is rude and unprofessional. Communication is terrible. Maintenance is slow to be completed and often done poorly. Apartment wiring is shoddy, there are two outlets in our apartment that have to be blocked off because plugging anything into them at all flips the breaker even if nothing else on the entire circuit is plugged in. Outdoor lights are often out around the complex and staff doesn't check, creating nighttime hazards. There is garbage and around the complex and clustered around apartments. The new security gate they installed malfunctions 75% of the time. Parking is often insufficient, enforcement is slow if it comes at all, and there are few parking options if someone takes a resident's assigned spot, which then leaves residents who pay for space with precarious parking situations that can lead to them being towed in turn.

I lived there for a year with my kids and we moved out about 3 weeks ago and I still have not received my deposit back nor received a phone call letting me know. The apartment itself was nice but parking was terrible. Management sucked I never had a good experience with management. I've asked for an extra parking place twice and each time was told they were working on it but never received a second parking spot. I would not recommend Lake Meridian Apartments just because of what I experienced while living there.

Poor management, nice maintenance people, garbage parking spots, small and smelly rooms. Probably the worst apartment I lived in at this price point around the Kent/Auburn area. Extremely small parking spaces even for sedans, if you have a truck or SUV? Good luck. Management will not listen to advice or any problems that you might have. The maintenance people are pretty nice though. This place is near a lot of shopping and grocery areas, but definitely not worth it. Little to no guest parking available.
