They called me 4 times today (and every other day this week) EVERYTIME except once did I answer and nobody said anything but one woman who had a very strong accent and a hard time assisting. She advised she’d get me to customer service (FAIL) but that’s fine I was able to call back and get customer service (she was very pleasant just very bad communication) so I finally get customer service. The man advised per the situation he needed to get me to the correct department. This man did not say what dept and just transferred to the main queue (he didn’t know where to send me apparently) so I called back the woman wasn’t paying attention gave her my address twice and she asked again so I asked for a supervisor. She said there wasn’t one, put me on hold and then came back and said there wasn’t one available. So I asked if she’d get me to whatever the correct department was for the situation. He exact words we’re “ if you’d like assistance you can disconnect and call back and get another representative that can assist you.” WHAAAAAT????? (My husbands face was priceless) I just couldn’t even believe that. I laughed and hung up this is a joke of a business and customer service. I’d probably have better luck fixing it myself online if it’s possible.

Yes, I too enjoy my power randomly shutting off 5 times a night with no explanation or reasoning. Maybe hire some engineers that, I don't know, know what they're doing so this doesn't happen amymore?

PSE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER! I own and operate a solar and electrical company in the area and we work with PSE daily on service work including panel changes and service upgrades. As a contractor the customer expects that we are coordinating with PSE to schedule our disconnect and reconnect during the day the project is scheduled. Any delay's on PSE's side completely stops the project and in the customers eyes shows poor coordination and lack of planning. I understand when a storm rolls through and they need all hands on deck working to restore power, everyone gets that.. But today (and frequently) that is not the case. Today PSE let us know 5 minutes before they were scheduled to be onsite that they will not be showing up. THIS IS THE 4TH TIME WITH THIS CUSTOMER!! After expressing frustration, and packing up to leave the same site for the 4th time, PSE called back and said they would make it happen and be there between 12-2. Great! So we decided to rip apart the panel and get as ready as we can for the shut down only to receive another call at 12:45 that they need to cancel again (5th time)… Now we have a customer with a ripped apart panel that we have to re-make and reschedule the project AGAIN! All of this is because PSE will not allow our licensed electricians to pull the meter (a 10 second task) without blacklisting us and refusing to do work with our company.. Can I blacklist PSE? Are they doing this so they can make the extra $129 per project? (Their fee) If so, they are costing us THOUSANDS so they can make just that.. Not to mention having to figure out what to do with a full crew that day. All of the planning and coordination in the world is defeated by poor lack of communication and honesty by PSE and we are very frustrated.

One of my employees struck a gas line and the pse technician came out screaming, flopping his arms and practically foaming at the mouth that he actually had to do his job repairing a line then threatened my foreman with a PERSONAL $10,000 fine. I'm the owner. Any fine is mine. These idiots are egregiously unprofessional and under trained.

Well, that's not a question technically 😉 but I don't think PSE installs heat pumps. I highly recommend Mercurio's. They were very helpful for me.
