These apartments were alright a year ago but they just keep declining we had a leak above our tub in the ceiling about to cave in most likely from busted pipe or upstairs neighbor and maintenance said they will just check in another 30 days , crime is bad , parking is always an issue and if you don’t have a parking pass visible you get towed , there is always yelling and cops and ambulances in parking lot , management does not care about complaints , there is black mold growing in wall and maintenance laughed and said “ what should I do clean it “ these apartments are way overpriced with hundreds of dollars in hidden fees every month only for a nasty man made lake with a new dead turtle or goose in it every week. Also when you move out they will take all your deposit and charge you thousands in move out fees do not move here unless they lower rent drastically so glad to be moved out of here and in middle of a lawsuit for negligence of proper maintenance.

Rent prices are good. Location use to be good but is now okay. The man made lake is currently an eye sore. It seems almost completely drained and is now a swamp. One of the few things. I stay because the rent is affordable for my current income. I will say though as far as Washington apartments go it isn't the worst place. Definitely better than most. Might even be considered luxury for the price. Location is decent if you like to venture around the whole state. Everything seems to be 20 to 40 minutes away max. Okay place for kids because there's a school and preschool( might be a kindergarten and not a preschool) in the neighborhood. Family friendly which I like even though I don't actually have one. Apartments are pretty safe. The apartments are tolerable I'm just ready for something new.

Staff here is great. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. Parking for the most part is a nightmare, but it seems to be a problem for most apartments in the area. My issue is with safety. There are groups of criminals going around trying to break into vehicles. They come from outside the community at night. You'll the car alarms going off at night. Other residents go out and chase them off, but they come back. The police don't come and I've only seen the security here once, during the day when these incidents don't happen. For how much we pay, I shouldn't have to worry about my car getting broken into.

Good place to live. But cabinets won’t stay on. That’s not a big deal. The real issue is parking. I get of work at 10:30 pm. I get home, and there is no parking. I see 5-10 people parked in front of garages and in fire lanes. Every once in a while I have to join those people. I absolutely hate the parking. There’s so many ways they can have better parking, like taking out garages and undercover spots (that would add an additional spot or two per garage. Some patches of grass that can be replaced with spots. I know myself, and many of my neighbors have complained numerous times. If parking was fixed, I would stay in my next lease, and recommend to friends. But in its current state, and I’m telling all my friends to look else where.
