Poor customer service and no accountability from Jeremy and Diane in the Service Department. Through my ordeal, I have learned that Diane never returns any of your calls. I left her multiple messages. It’s crazy how someone listens to your voice messages, simply decides to not call you back and ignores you. Had she returned my very first call, I would not be in this situation. Her supervisor, Jeremy does not hear what you are saying. He is defensive and does not acknowledge the issue. I am pretty sure I am not the only one who had an experience like this with Jeremy or Diane. I am pretty sure those who works with them or had experiences with them would agree that is how they are. Never going back. Every time someone mentions this dealership, I will share my experience with them.

THE WORST customer service in person & ON THE PHONE . Mercedes Benz of Fresno is always a mess it’s ridiculous, can’t even book a appointment because all they do is transfer your calls hang up and you have to call again and again .

There's a service window inside the building. They sell parts and maybe they can order you the correct one for the vehicle.
