First of all, you pay nothing for the diagnosis. 😱 He diagnosed it right in front of us which nobody else does in this world. We had a power supply problem, he told us where to go and to get the one that was not almost double-priced like the salesperson we got the part from tried to sell us. His pricing is lowest you will find around, and I would definitely recommend him over anybody around... Especially the geek squad. If you take it to them at best buy, you're pretty sure to get ripped off and you just have to take their word for what they say is wrong... Not here, You get to watch the master at work deciphering what the actual problem is. Thank you Joe for the excellent service and I hope you stay in business for many more years to come!

I can't say enough about Joe. He does beautiful work and takes the time to explain the problem and what he is going to do to fix it. My laptop was ready when he said it would be ready. He charged 1/2 what I thought it would cost. I'm taking a desktop in later this week. If I could give 10 stars I would do it in a heartbeat. You will not be disappointed.

Great services, i take my laptop because it got a blue-screen error, once he checked it he told me about every step he was doing and explained to me about it, even give advice of other things related to the computer. 👍👍

Veronica, I try to have the shop open from 11:30am to 6pm Monday - Friday and Noon till 6pm on Saturdays. No appointment is required, first come, first served. Would really be helpful if you sent a text about 10 minutes before your planned arrival... this lets me prep surfaces with disinfectants and or UV LEDs. Hope to see you soon :)

Before an estimate for the cost of repair can be made, we need to diagnose the laptop to determine if/what parts will be required to bring the unit to a full working condition. From your description, it's most likely going to be a motherboard, plus anything else that may have shorted. Give the shop a call and come in, preliminary diagnostics are free.
Bring it in, most times diagnostics can be done right at the counter. Nobody knows the computer better than you, your input is invaluable. As you can see by the lateness of our reply, we aren't monitoring Google closely, but we do answer ALL phone calls. We have a first come, first served, open door policy. Walk-ins are always welcome. Business hours are 9am - 6pm daily. We do observe most national holidays, if in doubt, give us a call at (559) 892-1703.
