No stars. I had questions about a property, left my phone number, and was informed someone on the escrow team would call me back. They never returned my call. Very unprofessional Placer Title needs to make clients their top priority, be transparent, and truthfully answer questions/concerns their clients may have. It is the buyer who will be buying the property and paying for the escrow fees that keeps your business running not the agent. It's common sense to call the person who called you. This type of third hand business appears dishonest and questions the integrity of the information/source.
