Buying my new Audi RS5 from Fresno Audi was a joy. I was there to look for another Porsche but had the good luck to meet JJ, who showed me this Audi and I fell in love with the car. He was simply the best. As a woman of a certain age, I appreciated how he immediately took me seriously (some salesmen make the mistake of dismissing lone women shopping for cars as not serious buyers), as well as his thorough knowledge about the cars. I have owned Corvettes, Porsches, and BMW roadsters in the past and I can honestly say my new RS5 is my favorite! Thank you Fresno Audi and JJ. JJ, you steered me into the best car for me!

I have had the worst experience with their service center. After driving off the lot with a brand new Audi I noticed a part that was defect on my window, not a huge deal. We scheduled to replace. Since then I have experienced the worst customer service and my vehicle is now in worse condition than when when I brought it in. I purchased my vehicle in May 2022 and as of today my vehicle is not repaired and they will not respond to my emails or voicemails I have left with the service manager. Would not recommend the Fresno Audi dealership to any friends, family or stranger.
