There is a certain level of haughty arrogance the staff at the East Sunshine branch has achieved, that is really quite impressive. It takes a specific personality type to be both smarmy and condescending when screwing up your account, then refusing accountability, all while attempting to legitimize fees that are applied without explanation or accountability. But not to worry, there is a simple solution: close your account and go anywhere else, and I mean ANYWHERE else. If you are thinking about opening an account here...think again- the sugary sweetness wears off as soon as you push back on illegitimately applied fees. You'd be better off using an old mayonnaise jar under your front porch, than to trust these guys with your money.
