Wrong prescription - like others the prescription I got did not work and when I paid $85 the second time the optometrist/specialist/whatever we call them these days said my old (Jan 22) prescription was very different for one eye. Three pairs of glasses later....... Its like they can't track simple information. Just go somewhere else and don't be sucked in by the color coded books and the tablets.

After reading some of the negative reviews, I don't get it!!! I love this location and the employees here. They are so friendly and helpful. Ron Blan was the individual who assisted me. He was super helpful. I didn't really know what I was looking for but he was super patient with me and gave me some great suggestions that he thought would compliment my shape of face. He helped me fine the perfect glasses, that I get complimented on alllll the time. I've recommended my sunglasses to so many others. If I loose them, I will die. Not really...I'll just have to return to WP. Anyways, thank you Ron Blan and WP for always having a great selection of glasses and for giving such great customer service.

Questions & Answers

How does ordering on line work? How do I find out the cost as well as how I would give my prescription?

Great question! Our glasses start at $95, which includes the cost of the frame and single-vision lenses. The price will go up depending on the material of the frame you choose and the type of lenses you need. You'll see the cost of each frame when you click into it, as well as the cost when you include a certain type of lens. Once you're ready to check out, you'll be prompted to upload your prescription straight to our website. There's also an option to enter your doctor's contact information so we can give them call if you don't have your prescription handy. Let us know if you have any other questions!

Can i have lenses made at your location (if i already have a script from an eye exam)? If yes, what is the typical turnaround time to have them made and set in frames? A day, a week? Thanks!

I got mine earlier this Summer, took all of 48 hours before they were in my mailbox. I used a script from my doctor.
