I just got frames/lenses from C and R Vision, and they're unlike any glasses I have owned. I usually go with less expensive glasses/lenses from another store, and they have been fine. But I didn't know what I was missing. You don't know what you don't know. I was at my regular huge grocery store last night, and I realized that my new glasses are like watching a familiar show on an HD TV for the first time. Everything is so crisp and clear! Also, everyone at the office was super patient and helpful, and my new prescription is perfect.

My wife and I had a scheduled appointment that had to be cancelled at the last minute due to the illness of the doctor. Though we were only planning to have our routine eye exams, a few days before our scheduled appointment, I developed an issue with my vision, and I asked if they could work me in somehow. Not only did they work me in, they also made it possible for my wife to get her routine exam done also! Moreover, they managed to get us in close to our previously scheduled appointment. We appreciate the extra effort on their part, especially when it was on a Friday afternoon.

This place is ok except for Gretchen. If you get Gretchen ask for someone else. She is not very kind.
