Incorrect hours on their exam hours board. It's just made up numbers that are not what their exam hours actually are. They stop taking any customers at all at 5:27 apparently, probably sooner... You have to guess to figure out when that is. Cause I just tried to have an eye exam then and no mas for the day. They were incredibly unhelpful for me all around the board.

I'm writing about the optometrist at Walmart on 4th and Wadsworth. I honestly can't believe the blatant irresponsibility of this guy. When he asked if he could dilate my pupils, I was hesitant because I was driving a rental vehicle so I asked if I'd be okay to drive. He said he'd just give me a pair of cardboard sunglasses and I'd be fine. 20 minutes later I couldn't even see well enough to walk around the store, much less drive. When I went back and told him, he said "You can just have someone come pick you up." I honestly couldn't believe his uncaring, even flippant, attitude. I can't believe that after I specifically asked if I'd be okay to drive and then couldn't, he just assumed I could leave the rental car, have someone pick me up and then come back "4 or 5 hours" later to pick up the car. Not only did I not have anyone to pick me up, I'm paying $70 a day for the rental -- why would I leave it parked for hours without having use of it? I wish I'd gotten audio of what this guy said. If I'd been reckless enough to take his advice and gotten into an accident he would have been directly responsible. Wow. Just wow.

Any Highway

I got my glasses here and I asked the optical doctor to explain to me what the numbers meant because I never had glasses before. He laughed AT me with a big belly laugh and said "you would have to go to optometrician school for that and that's why I get paid the big bucks." What?

Dr. Robinson was very helpful and nice! I really appreciate how he included me in the eye exam by letting me move the dial to perfect my prescription. Fast and easy process too!
