My mother went to this vet for a 8:30am cat scan appointment. She heard great things about this vet but turns out they are just unprofessional and lack communication. She waited until 4pm to find out her unfed, elder dog was locked up all day and was not even treated. She drove over an hour in the rain for this and when she raised attention to their unprofessionalism they were very rude. I do not recommend this veterinarian to anyone. We understand emergency’s and appointments that may be more urgent but communication was horrible. Should’ve known when they took 3 weeks to even give my mother results!!

Wow I just called my vet about a important problem and they said there booked until Oct 18,and they said If I want any sooner I would have to take her to another vet,,after all these years this is the service my dog gets,,wow
