They only care about money not the animal. I had an appointment for my dog for a raw spot she kept licking on her paw. They demanded to do a physical exam on her. I told them it wasn’t necessary but they didn’t listen. My dog is shy around new people and will growl a little but nothing more. The vet never did the exam but got charged $46 for the exam. I asked why did I get charged for a service I didn’t receive. They said they were afraid of touching my dog thinking she would bite them. I told them I want my money back or they do the service I was charged. They refused the refund saying it’s protocol to give physical exams no matter the circumstances. So they did the service but found out they muzzled my dog for no reason. So I ended up getting charged $104 to just be told to give my dog Benadryl and put a sock on her foot. Never going there again especially if they charge you $22 for a phone call and $46 for a physical that was never needed in the first place. They are just trying to milk you out of every penny you got.

Horrible experience Had an appointments was only a couple of dollars short and they refuse to see my dog. 2nd time I was in there 1st time they said they couldn't see the dog and I had the money for it. Charge 45 for The Visit $21 for a phone call to make the appointment how sad is that.It Seems thay care a lot more about money than they do About the animals How sad is that???
