This clinic has an answering service that initially puts you on hold before a human being picks up after some time listening to elevator music. When you explain that you have an emergency with your dog, you are advised that the service will contact Dr. Joe and he will return your call very soon. In my case, very soon meant receiving a call from their front desk person 17 hours later the following day. Why bother having a answering service if you're not going to return calls in emergency situations.

My puggle is deathly afraid to have his nails clipped. Straleys want me to give him trazodone. I was wondering if you give a light sedation instead? I really do not want to give an 11 year old traz.

What is it for office calls for three animals at one time. And shots. Rabies ,boosters, lime. Nails and empty glans
