If youre unfamiliar with this place, buckle up. Hopefully a couple guys there help you out because the lack of clear signage and chaotic surroundings will make your head spin. Beware the guy running the raw steel dropoff, very poor attitude and little to no communication ability.

Not sure why this place isn’t getting great reviews. I went today for the first time and was met with the heavy bustle of industrial activity, I explained my situation to an attendee and he walked me through the entire process, from going on the scale, to where to unload my scrap metal, and to weigh out and finally where to get payment. He was very patient and answered all of my questions without seeming the slightest bit annoyed. I’m sure they’re used to scrap haulers that know the process like the back of their hand, so they probably aren’t intrusive. For a newbie like me, I found them to be very helpful folks, if you have a question just ask. I dropped off about 1140lbs of iron and aluminum and got paid $40 for it. I honestly was just happy to be rid of the scrap that was occupying my shop. The money paid for my gas and lunch, so that was a plus. I’ll definitely be coming back here if I need to in the future.
