Lol....offered me 1$ a lb for copper...current scrap is 1.90 to 2.80. Total waste of time and complete scam artists. Go somewhere else

Good place can't complain about it. People are helpful especially for someone that has is neither in the business or brings in huge loads of metal. I recommend way more than West Seattle recycling.

Nonexistent customer service. I had to wait 45 minutes while two large trucks filled with scrap ahead of me unloaded. It was like watching a lava lamp these guys were that slow. Once it was finally my turn, an employee finally asked me what I had. I told him I didn't need to be paid; I was late for an appointment. A functioning employee, no matter how busy, would have apologized for my long wait. I dropped off my scrap and left. I won't be back. Go elsewhere
