My experience with customer service: I sold my home on 7/19/21, I had successfully canceled all of my services successfully except this one. The representative says they cannot find where I contacted them and I am responsible for services at a home I have no affiliation. I know I contacted them. This is unacceptable. I asked to have a manger call me. I requested this call on 10/16/21. No call. I contacted them again through social media on 11/24/21. I was told to contact customer service on 11/29/21, I replied, I did with no response. I got a call 5 minutes later. I got a poor apology and more concern around confirming I paid the money that I did not owe. I hung up the phone because I literally was about to lose it. They have NO PROBLEM STEALING. This place is awful. I would give it -0 stars if I could. They are literally robbing communities. Just disgusted! I hope I NEVER have to use their services again!

They have a call service that is contracted out. This means if you call about your bill the person on the phone is not able to view your bill, or let you speak to someone who can view your bill... pointless

Nice people, I was doing a drop and hook, they had me come in around the scales, turn around in back and weigh empty on the outbound scale. once i hooked, they had me do the same thing. the turn around area in back is pretty rough, if if you have a new freightliner with the front air dam, watch out.
