Surgery team was very kind and the nursing staff on the third floor was kind as well. The only downside was transportation to Surgery was very rude hit me with the bed twice while I was walking beside the bed my spouse was in while I recorded her journey into to Surgery. Transportation was a Very bad experience. ๐๐ฟ ๐๐ฟ

Our experience at North Memoral in Robbindale has been nothing short of a complete disaster. One disaster after another I had no idea so many mistakes could possibly be made by doctors and nurses with one paitant. If all the doctors and nurses could just be on the same page together Maybe just maybe we could have at least had a little better out come.

DONโT GO HERE!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! No matter who you talk they are short and combative. I was suppose to get an iron infusion on a Saturday, they called and told me there would be no no one there at the time I had scheduled, (I have voicemails) so they wanted me to come in earlier at 11am, which I couldnโt. Call back to reschedule, they refuse to see me without new orders, saying that that I no showed. What!? They cancelled on me and now refuse to see me, while simultaneously trying to project blame on me, for their cancellation. Thank god I have these voicemails! Clearly shows just because your an RN doesnโt mean your a good person. Terrible behavior and service!

From their website "Visiting Hours You can choose who you would like to visit you and when, and you can share these preferences with your healthcare team. For the safety of our customers, caregivers, and other visitors, people who are sick with a fever, rash, cold, or flu should not visit the hospital. Most doors are locked after 8 p.m. After that time, visitors should use the main or emergency entrances. They must get a visitor pass at the information desk or security office, both of which are located on the plaza level"

Hi Donna, We encourage anyone experiencing a medical emergency to call 911 or come to the Emergency Room. While we canโt speak to specific circumstances, our main priority is to provide medical care to everyone with emergency needs.
Yes. But it depends on the situation, location of patient, dogs vaccinations, etc. It would be a conversation with the floor they are on. I hope that helps.
Yes good quality
No more valet parking. If you are handicap you can literally find a parking spot right next to the entrance/elevator door got to the PL ( Plaza level ) ask for a wheelchair and assistance. It's best to bring someone with you if you can.
Yes
yes they do
I don't know that but if you have a choice I would not come here this hospital is horrible I have been hung up on by a doc as well as a nurse lied to by a nurse about what was given to my mother. It's been a nightmare I cant seem to wake up from
I was born there but I'm not up on their current preformance.
They validate parking if you one of there programs: DBT and IPT but other then that they don't have free parking.
You have to go to the county for that.
Haha!!!!
The parking ramp is on the west side of the hospital. You can get discount tickets at the gift shop
I'm fine and you
730am-730pm. The menu does get limited later in the evening.
Yes, that is true.
There is free parking available by the clinic. It's a large parking lot where a lot of the employees park. But it's about 7min walk to the hospital front doors from there
On the first floor, ask one of the many help desk and they will show you the way.
CAll them.
I believe so, I would call UCARE to be certain. Also like most insurance, they may only cover specific things๐
They have valet that is a flat 5 dollar parking fee. Best bang for your buck unless your there for less than an hour.
They are closed Sunday's
If a person is under a commitment to a mental health ward they have the option to allow people to check in on them by calling or coming up to the hospital and asking where is patient so-and-so. If the patient chooses to have no information released about them then even if someone looks them up in the system they may not appear as being a patient. What you can do is contact their family if you have the ability to do so if not you can also try asking for what floor are the departments on and you're trying to visit patient so and so in lieu of asking which department there in. As a couple of options to try.
