All i know is when i order my mocha ice coffee from Dunkin they always get it right & i order ahead & its ready for me. Oh yeah i have a lot of there mugs & other like towels 2.

The last DD we went to the lady working the drive through had a attitude and was extremely rude so it was nice to come to one where the guy working the drive through was patient and kind. I had a hard time seeing his name tag but I believe his name is Chase. It definitely started with a C but his name wasn't on the receipt. He seemed to be the only one in there making our large order and he was just super nice and even apologized for the long wait but we didn't mind the wait because he was so nice and friendly. Just really wanted to give him a shout out for being awesome.

Is it procedure to ask, is that it after every single item? The young man who took my order should focus more on getting it right than asking if that’s it after every item, very annoying and unprofessional.

There’s just something about Dunkin’ donuts, I don’t want to like them so much but I can’t not. They are always surprisingly soft and fresh tasting. My only complaint is that they always seem to sell out so unless you go at a somewhat early hour you are getting what crumbs are remaining. We Canadians can get Timmies donuts at all hours of the day and night so we’re not used to this deprivation, maybe that’s part of the allure.
