Staff member looked at us and said "I don't know how to do that, could you go to a different line?" Not even helpful. Because we are from out of state we didn't realize the plastic bag ban, I asked if I could purchase reusable bags and two females staff just looked as if I were crazy. While people were friendly, they were unhelpful. I would travel further to avoid going to this Walmart.

Clean environment. Good products. Decent prices being not to frugal or too exuberant. However, the music section needs a lot of improvement though not just being LP's. I like their wide range of movies on Blu-Ray'(s). I haven't a shop in their grocery market yet. That puts a lot of competition on the other store locally. And when you can't find some thing that you need, just have a worker to show you where it is. I shopped here for years so I still like it. 🇺🇲

I am always here. Staff is usually good, some a personable, others not. Definitely would recommend the bathrooms being cleaned or cleaned more often. They are always bad, I hate when my children need to use their restroom.

Went to buy a cellphone holder for my car. It was locked in a glass case. The holder was only $10. Pushed the get help button so an associate would come to open the case. 10 minutes pass and no one comes. I stood there for over 30 minutes and during that time 3 different associates walked past me and I asked each one if they could help me, they all told me that they didn't have a key but they will send someone to help. I never got help. I just had to leave after standing there for 30 minutes. Why walmart needs to lock up a $10 cellphone holder is unbelievable. I know there is a lot of theft but there are a lot more expensive items that aren't locked up, and there should be someone to assist so you can actually buy the item. Very poor customer service.
