Absolutely the worst sonic ever, complete garbage. I try to give them another chance each time and it just gets worse and worse. Ordered through the mobile app and 30 mins later still no food, I asked for a refund and that took awhile until I asked again. I watched cars come and go from the drive thru all while they said "your food is coming" but it never showed up 😅. I ordered 2 of the easiest things, Mozzarella sticks and a soda 😂 I guess they were hand making those Mozzarella sticks (probably milking a cow to make the cheese).

If I could give zero stars that would be more accurate. Let’s start by saying that I don’t think I have been to this restaurant once without them being out of something. And when you order on the app they take your payment even if they don’t have what you want, then they want you to fight with the app to get your refund. So today when the employee came out and told me they were out of half my order, I made a comment that the manager needs to do a better job of ordering because they are always out of something. Employee then proceeded to tell me that he was the manager, and started speaking to me in a very rude and condescending tone.when I asked him to watch his tone with me, he got worse, which sent me over the edge. I let him have it and he ended up refunding my entire order and refusing to fill any of it. They probably have my name on the kitchen wall now with instructions to put toilet water in my drink if I ever order there again. I don’t expect sonic to do anything about it, because I have complained about bad service before and they do nothing. This place is a disgrace.

The food we received here was hot and fresh. The drinks we ordered were delicious as well. However, the wait was extremely long on more than one occasion of eating here. Additionally, there were no straws available and no one said anything until after purchasing our drinks (although straws were provided). Typical restaurant mistakes but overall it's decent if you are willing to wait.

Worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. I’ve been several times since moving to the area. Ruined my order every single time. Completely gave me the wrong order twice this time. Decided to leave with what I had. Ruined the experience for me. Sonic was always a childhood favorite. I Will never be returning to this location. Horrible staff and not what a Sonic should be. I am from the south so this disappoints me very much.
