If I could give zero stars I would. Missed out on getting a birthday cake for an important birthday. Locked doors an hour and fifteen minutes before closing. Lost business for good.

Came here about a month ago and had an awful experience, thought we’d give them a second chance. Long story short we won’t be back. Waited so long for a medium fry that we ended up just leaving ( over 20 minutes ). And was also given a vanilla milkshake instead of the order chocolate malt. I understand being understaffed, but this isn’t their only problem.

I came here at 8:59pm and the lady started taking my order and even said thank you for your patience, what can I get for you. I proceeded to tell her my order and she says sorry we are closed. The store is supposed to close at 10pm. I won't be coming back to this location. If I could 0 star I would!

Kindness Matters

Jared absolutely made our day! Such kind and friendly service. We are visiting the area and Jared made us feel so welcome. And our sweet treats were delicious. Great stop!
