9/1122 I called the store numerous times trying to buy a door , I was transferred 4 time's & who picked the phone up didn't greet me the phone was just layed down for me to hear conversation. After waiting for 3 minute's I hung up & called back for the 3rd time & thank God I received a manager by the name of Shane. You want to talk about a true professional! He went above & beyond to help me find the door I wanted to buy, I told him I was a disabled veteran and I use a cane to walk. He found the door I wanted to buy & had it setting up at the customer service desk area at my time of arrival!! You want to talk about a true professional! Shane is the perfect role model for Lowe's hardware. This guy is leading by example & all Lowe's employees could definitely benefit there buisness by modeling there self by his leadership. The only way to get a reprint over receipt is if you approach the cashierwithin a very short amount of time after purchasing the item so that way they can backtrack it in the system and pull it up by the reference code and number. So if it's been a few days you probably won't be able to get a receipt.
No, they do not rent dollies here.
Most places do have a core charge but I'm not sure about Lowes.
