The only way to get a reprint over receipt is if you approach the cashierwithin a very short amount of time after purchasing the item so that way they can backtrack it in the system and pull it up by the reference code and number. So if it's been a few days you probably won't be able to get a receipt.
Most likely only possible if you used a credit card..
