I've been to this location a handful of times within the last year and every single time test results have been delayed well beyond the time communicated/standard timing. Need to find another provider.

Everyone was very helpful and nice, and things went smoothly when I went to CitiMD on Grove St in Jersey City last Wednesday. HOWEVER no one ever called me with the results; no message no email, even though everything was “in order” and all my info in place. I had the rapid test and was told I would get results within two or three hrs. NOTHING.

Receptionist and doctors assistant were lovely, helpful and friendly. The doctor however was cold and seemed like he couldn’t be bothered, even made me feel stupid for a question I asked. Would never go back to this location. Don’t be in health care if you can’t be bothered by your patients
